STAFF NURSE

The Staff Nurse is a licensed part-time or full-time Registered Nurse, who provides support and care for clients and maintains professional standards of care. Under the general supervision of the Medical Director and Clinic Manager, the Staff Nurse is responsible for a variety of clinic functions: assessing, planning, direct and indirect nursing interventions, evaluating care, organizing, and performing medical services.

The Staff Nurse also works in conjunction with physicians, nurses, and advocates to ensure that clients are receiving the best medical, nursing, spiritual and psychosocial care possible.

BUSINESS MANAGER

Aid for Women is seeking a part-time or full-time Business Manager for our pregnancy help organization that operates eight pregnancy care centers and two maternity homes. The Business Manager has a strong track record of outstanding managerial experience and is dedicated to fulfilling the mission of Aid for Women by providing life-affirming alternatives to abortion.

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Business Manager is responsible for a variety of functions including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining financials and budgets, and managing human resources. Candidates for the Business Manager must have completed a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

SONOGRAPHER

The Sonographer is a part-time or full-time Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, who provides support and care for patients and maintains professional standards of care. Under the general supervision of the Medical Director and Clinic Manager, the Sonographer is responsible for a variety of clinic functions: organizing, obtaining medical history, assessing, planning, documenting, and performing limited OB ultrasounds provided by Aid for Women.

The Sonographer also works in conjunction with physicians, nurses, and advocates to ensure that patients are receiving the best medical, spiritual and psychosocial care possible.

ADVOCATE

The Advocate provides support through crisis pregnancy intervention, developing and maintaining client relationships and the implementation of client support services, whether part-time or full-time.

The Advocate is also responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with site volunteers and community partners.

Aid for Women is seeking a part-time or full-time House Mother for our pregnancy help organization that operates two maternity homes. The House Mother position is a live-in position at our maternity homes. Housing is provided with this position due to the inherent nature of the role

The House Mother is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of the home.
