As Aid for Women welcomes this New Year, three positive trends are emerging across our eight pregnancy care centers and two maternity homes in Illinois: more women are referring their friends to us, more expectant mothers are discovering our newest centers, in Rockford and Carbondale, and we are assisting an increasing number of women with Abortion Pill Reversal. We continue to serve more than 5,000 women a year, despite the fact that elected officials in our state today are pushing a pro-abortion agenda more aggressively than ever before.
We are hopeful and excited as we plan our Annual Spring Luncheon, to be held May 7th at the Skokie Country Club in Glencoe. As many of you know, this is one of the two main fundraisers that we host each year, and we are thrilled to welcome Platinum award-winning singer and songwriter MARK SCHULTZ as our Guest Speaker this year. Mark has a powerful personal story to share! FR. WAYNE WATTS, Pastor of Saints Joseph and Francis Xavier Parish will deliver the Invocation for this event, and the WILLOWS ACADEMY CHAMBER CHOIR will make a special appearance, as well. Gather your family and friends and join us for this memorable afternoon. We look forward to this opportunity to renew friendships, make new acquaintances, and raise critical funding that will save lives and help launch families this year.
