Heather’s House Celebrates 15 Years

When Heather’s House, our first live-in maternity home opened in June 2011, it was the answer to many prayers said by Aid for Women leaders who for years had assisted clients who were homeless, and alone. Coupled with our other programs and services, Heather’s House and our second maternity home, Monica’s House have exceeded all expectations, providing a safe, supportive living environment where residents find friendships and community with other expectant mothers, plus educational and career opportunities, enjoyable activities, and adult supervision.
